You need to install the USB drivers so your phone can communicate properly with your computer.

  1. Make sure your phone is NOT connected to your computer.
  2. Download zte-blade-iii-drivers.exe and save it to your computer.
  3. Once the download has completed, open zte-blade-iii-drivers.exe.
  4. Follow the on screen insturctions and complete the installation.

  5. Make sure Windows Update is enabled.
  6. Once completed, click the Start button and enter SystemPropertiesHardware.exe into the search box.
  7. Click SystemPropertiesHardware.exe from the results.

  8. Click Device Installation Settings

  9. Select "Yes, do this automatically."
  10. Click Save Changes

  11. From your phone, go to Settings -> Developer options and make sure USB debugging is ticked. If you get a warning, tap OK.
  12. Connect your phone to your computer. Windows will automatically install any extra drivers that may be required.

  1. Make sure your phone is NOT connected to your computer.
  2. Download zte-blade-iii-drivers.exe and save it to your computer.
  3. Once the download has completed, open zte-blade-iii-drivers.exe.
  4. Follow the on screen insturctions and complete the installation.

  6. Once completed, press the Windows Key + R together on your keyboard. A box should popup.
  7.  Enter SystemPropertiesHardware.exe into the popup box and press OK.

  10. Click Save Changes

  11. From your phone, go to Settings -> Developer options and make sure USB debugging is ticked. If you get a warning, tap OK.
  12. Connect your phone to your computer. Windows will automatically install any extra drivers that may be required.

  10. Click OK.
